"The Battle For Freedom"

Trowa : he is still missing but does not suffer from amnesia. Instead it's more of a battle fatigue. He is more solemn then ever after serving under Lady Une. He finds Catharine and travels with the circus throughout the colonies keeping his eye on Romefeller. He has Heavyarms hidden with the circus gear.

Quatre: when he returns from space the Maganac Corps has his Gundam ready for him on earth. He goes after it before he goes to the Sank Kingdom with Heero.

Wufei : after escaping the lunar base Wufei takes Altron and heads for Master Longs. He sees the colony destroyed. Then Wufei returns to earth and meets up with Sally Poe once again. With his heart full of anger and sadness he feels compelled to help her with a few missions before trying to locate the other Gundam pilots.

Sally Poe: in this story she is a Lieutenant not a major. Other than that same scenario, leading rebel forces on earth against the Romefeller Foundation.

Noin : she stays in contact with military leaders, like Sally while still doing her thing protecting Relina. She also has contact with Zechs, at first without Relina's knowledge.

Duo : after he pilots the Wing Zero he decides that he has to return to earth to meet back up with the other Gundam pilots. Howard contacted him and advised him that the Sank Kingdom is the best place for him to make a stand against the Romefeller Foundation.

Zechs: has left Oz, is approached by the White Fang and has joined them. At this point he has the Wing 0. He is aboard Peacemillion with Howard.

Relina : there is added pressure on her as Heero and Quatre arrive and pose as students. There are several other students there whose fathers work for Romefeller. Many of these new students have 'body guards' which are merely spies for Romefeller.

*Chelle Lee : A new character. Female about 17. Brown hair/eyes. Her father was military strategist for the alliance, until he outlived his usefulness and was killed. Mother dies a little over a year later. Mother was a romance novelist . under her own name she publishes the rest of her mothers unprinted works as her own. She moves in social circles like that of Romefeller Foundation. She meets and befriends Relina years before her father dies when she and Relina attend the same school. After the death of her parents a new figure appears claiming to be a friend of her dead father. She is about 8 yrs. Old. He excuses her governess (no living family) and begins her training. He trains her in the martial arts/espionage and she studies her fathers work. Through acts of sheer defiance against Oz, she meets up with other rebels at the age of 13. Quickly her skills are put to use. She pilots a Leo on several missions. She uses her social status and hacker skills to know every move Oz makes, often at the cost of her own suffering. She comes up with the tactical offensives against oz and soon enough the mobile dolls. At the age of 15 her Leo is destroyed in battle. She barely escapes with her life. Posing that she had a car accident she goes to Relina's school to recoup. There she gathers more info and more allies. It is during this stay at private school that her and Relina become very close. Relina excepts her as a last resort for help when she encounters the Gundam pilots.

Story Differences

Not much. This picks up before the Sank Kingdom is invaded and all Gundam pilots, except for Trowa are on earth. Treiz is confined, Lady Une has been shot and brought to earth. Zechs is approached by White Fang while doing the ambassador thing.

And now the story.........

Relina: I think that is getting to be too dangerous for you and Quatre to remain here as students

Heero: I think our being here puts the sank kingdom at risk, but I don’t think the Taurus’s will be enough to protect you if oz invades.

Relenia: the Romefeller foundations presence here is becoming obvious. I have to be alert at all times. I have to keep preaching peace. I must make them understand…..they know that there are members of the Tres faction here and they suspect the Gundam are here as well. <sigh>.

Heero: we can go if you think it is for the best, but I don’t want to be to far away. I don’t trust the Romefeller foundation. They may invade at any time.

Relina: then it is imperative that you stay close…but I think its time to get you and Quatre out of here. For the safety of all.

Heero: so what do you suggest?

Relina: have you ever heard of an operative that goes by the name c.s.?

Heero: you mean the colony sympathizer? I have heard c.s. is responsible for many of the battles here and in space too. Has some sort of an arrangement with rebel troops and the Trez fraction.

Relenia: <nods> c.s knows everything about Oz. Cs is developing the plans for….for a battle against oz. I know. I could send you two there…..

Heero: where?

Relina: c.s operates just outside of the Sanc kingdom. You would still be close enough to help if we were invaded.

Heero: can you trust him?

Relina: no, I can trust her.

Heero:<brows go up> c.s is a woman.

Relina: Ive known her for years. I have known of her activities as c.s for a while now. She’s been on her own since her mother died a few years ago. She came here to recover from her…accident.

Heero: I have heard the story. Cs and a legion of rebels in Leo’s went up against the alliance. They were destroyed. But now you say c.s escaped.

Relina: yes, and she’s been working with the rebels underground ever since. Her father was a brilliant man. A general of the alliance, she learned much from him. her guardian after her parents died was really something else. I think he was an assassin, but I never was given all of the information. She kept a lot to herself, it was only recently she revealed to me that she was c.s.

Heero: if you think it’s for the best…

Relina: <sighs>: I'm afraid so, at least for now. now I just need to get in contact with her.<turns> Noin, could you come with me? I need you.

Noin<looks up >yes, miss Relina. <the two go to the elevator and go up>

Heero:<approaching Quatre> pack a bag pal, we gotta get outta here

Quatre: I wondered how long we could stay without endangering this kingdom. I guess time is up.

Heero: Gundam pilots in a pacifist nation are not necessarily a good thing.

Quatre: what if they’re invaded after we leave?

Heero:<watching the rising elevator> don’t worry we aren’t going far

In Relina office at the video phone. Noir is finding them a secure channel. Suddenly cs’s image appears on the screen. She looks up at Noin.

Noin: greetings. Miss Relina of the Sanc kingdom wishes to speak with you. <she gets up and Relina sits down.>

Relina: hello, chelle Lee. It is good to see you.

chelle: and you as well miss Relina. To what do I owe the honor of this call. Surely it must be very difficult to find a secure channel coming out of the Sanc kingdom.

Relina: indeed . actually I was hoping that you would attend the party here tonight. I would really like to see you.

chelle: of course miss Relina it would be an honor.

Relina: good lets say eight o clock then

chelle <smiles> see you then. <her screen goes blank>

Relina:<turns to Noin> I think this is a party our Gundam pilots best not attend. There will be too many people from the Romefeller foundation there tonight.

Noin<nodds> I think that you are right miss Relina

Relina: Miss Noin, I need you to go out at dusk to find the other on his way here. Duo Maxwell.

Noin: yes Miss Relina <thinking to herself> Romefeller could invade us at any time. I hope the Gundam pilots aren't going far....Zechs...where are you?

Meanwhile…..Duo has hid his Gundam in the forest just outside of the Sanc kingdom. He arrives at the border and sneaks across. The border has mobile dolls every ¼ mile or so and ground troops as well

Dou: man, there are mobile dolls everywhere. The Sanc kingdom could be invaded at any time. I hope Relina Peacecraft knows what she’s doing. I hope I can get in

Noin: Duo Maxwell?

Duo: maybe<he has a gun behind his back>

Noin: I am Lucretzia Noin. quickly, you should not be seen. The others are below waiting for you.

Duo:<stepping off the elevator he sees Heero and Quatre in uniform> hey guys miss me? <looks at them funny> I really dig the outfits.

Quatre <smiles> school uniforms

Duo:<smiles> so where’s mine

Heero: no time. It isn’t safe for us or the Sanc kingdom for us to be here anymore.

Duo: what? Where are we going then? Back into outer space?

Heero: maybe not. It seems that Relina knows c.s. she’s going to try to make contact.

Duo: c.s? I thought c.s was dead

Heero: I think that’s because that’s how c.s wanted it.

Quatre: Relina is going to see if we can team up with c.s.

Heero: c.s is an amazing strategist. We can plan a battle that will really hurt oz.

Duo : sounds good I’m getting tired of these hit and run missions.

Heero: Relina should be making contact tonight

Noin: I’m sure she'll be here at any moment

Relina: yes, Noin. Chelle Lee will come.

A woman appears through the crowd. Its chelle. She heads for Relina

Chelle:<reaching Relina, kisses her cheek> Relina

Relina:<does the same> it is so good to see you. It has been far too long

Chelle: it has hasn’t it? <smiles> Iv been ever so busy

Relina: I have made some wonderful changes throughout the palace. I must take you on a tour.

Chelle: that would be lovely

Relina:<quietly to Noin> make sure we aren’t followed

<Noin nods and the two women stroll off smiling and making pleasant conversation.

They go upstairs to Relinas bedroom . she grabs a pen and paper on it she writes "Gundam pilots. Need help" and hands it to chelle. She reads it then looks up at Relina>

Chelle<quietly> this is the first time you have asked anything of me. I will gladly take them. How many?

Relina:<also quiet>three so far.

Chelle<nods> it would probably be for the best to split them up for the journey to my place. They all get caught together….OK send them an hour or so apart on foot tonight. Ill be expecting them

Relina: you’re going to use them to win your war aren’t you?

Chelle: it’s not just my war Relina. People are dieing, suffering. Even you know oz has got to be stopped

Relina: <bows her head> I know…….Can you win this war?

Chelle: between the Trez faction, the rebels and now the Gundams…I will crush oz.

Relina<shudders> just stay alive. Keep them alive…..its Heero….

Chelle: <puts a hand on her shoulder> you don’t need to say anymore.

Relina:<pause>tonight then.

Chelle<grins> ill wait up

They return to the party and are approached by Dorothy.

Dorothy: miss Relina, I was wondering if you would introduce me to your friend

Relina: certainly. Dorothy this is chelle lee, a writer friend of mine

Dorothy: oh a writer

Chelle<fains embarrassment> just a few books

Dorothy : wait you’re the young romance novelist? Child protégé to your mother wernt you?

Chelle: yes. Thank you

Dorothy: it must be so wonderful to be famous.

Chelle: it has its benefits

Relina: Dorothy is an ambassador from the Romefeller Foundation

Chelle: really? How intriguing<smiles> now that must have it has its benefits

Dorothy: I'm just very interested to learn from Miss Relina <wicked smile>

Later Relina and Noin go below to instruct the pilots. Noin is carrying three data pads for them. She hands them out as Relina explains

Relina: c.s has agreed to take you in. all of you.

Heero: when?

Relina: you’ll have to leave here at once. You must go individually and on foot. It could be near dawn before you arrive. These data pads give you the coordinates you need to get to the house.

Duo:<turning on his pad> my Gundam isn’t far from there. It’s only about three hours away hiking.

Quatre: thank you Miss Relina. I promise that if anything happens here in the Sanq kingdom we will be here.

Relina: thank you Quatre, I know.

Dou: <sticks out his hand to shake> good meeting ya Miss Relina. Noin

Noin: be safe all of you

Relina: take care Heero

Heero: and you Relina

<Quatre and duo move away . Heero lingers a moment starring at Relina. Then he too walks away

the women watch them disappear one by one>

Noin: they’ll be okay Miss Relina. They know what they're doing<She just stares after them>

Chelle<readind aloud softly> Gundam pilot Heero Yuy…<reads flash of screen> Duo Maxwell<reads/new info> Quatre Raberba Winner<same>Trowa Barton<same> Chang Wufie …..<she reclines and puts her gun on her lap.> now this oughta be a load of fun. <sighs> at least I have the god damned Gundams and their pilots now. Maybe now I can do some real damage to oz. Oz must be destroyed

Quatre is coming through the woods just a way up from the border. He is following his data pad when he hears noise behind him. 2 oz soldiers jump out and they brawl. Just before he is subdued and rendered unconscious he smashes the data pad with the heel of his shoe so it can’t be used or traced .

Noin: the Gundam pilots have left the Sanq kingdom

Zechs: it is for the best. Romefeller is just looking for an excuse to invade you. Miss Noin...how is Relina?

Noin: she's a strong girl, Zechs. She is handling everything that Romefeller has thrown at her so far. <pause> What is going on up there? I heard that Lady Une has been killed.

Zechs : its true that she has been shot, but she is being escorted back to earth...back to Treize.

Noin: do you know when you will be coming back to earth?

Zechs: I will be back when I'm finished here. I have been approached by a group in need of a leader. Colony rebels willing to stand up to Romefeller. They need me here. You just take care of Relina for me.

Noin: don't worry, I will

In the darkness of the woods just a field away from chelle's house, Heero meets up with duo. They are in the woods looking at the house. It is dark, except for computer light in one window

Heero: there it is

Duo: new home? Not too shabby.

Heero<looks behind them> I haven’t heard Quatre yet.

Dou: I’m sure hell be along……man, I’m hungry again. Hope c. s. has got something good to eat

Heero:<looks back at the house> one at a time. Well pair up outside and go in together. <he pulls out his gun> I hope Relinas right about this

Duo:<nervous> do you think she was set up? Could this be a trap?

Heero: lets hope not.

<Heero darts off toward the house. In a minute Dou is behind him. they meet at the door which they discover unlocked. They look at each other suspiciously for a moment. They enter the house silently. Slowly they make their way to the stairs. Room with computer on door is closed over. Heero motions to Duo that they will go on 3 guns drawn. 1 2 3

They bust into the room and put their guns on chelle at the computer, but she also has a gun and points it at Heero as she stands up >

Heero: are you the c.s. operative?

Chelle: Heero Yuy. Take that gun off of me.

Heero: you first

Chelle: no, you first. This is my house. My rules, pal. Remember you’re a guest.

Heero<a bit surprised . in a moment he starts to lower his gun duo does as well.> Relina said you might be needing some help.

Chelle <lowers her gun chuckles> I dunno if that’s exactly what she said. Actually I don’t think she was real happy about me getting my hands on you guys. <smiles> now there’s gonna be a war. And now its gonna be fair.

Duo<confused> c.s. is a woman? Why didn’t you guys tell me it was another woman?

Chelle<attitude> do you have a problem with that Mr. Maxwell?

Duo<smieling> sorry, I didn’t know. From what I hear you’re one of the best commanders the rebels have ever had.

Chelle: really? How fascinating.

Duo<realizes he’s being picked on. disgruntled> well, that’s what I heard. <guilting her> it was just a surprise to me that c.s, one of my idols was ..well….I always pictured you as a man

Chelle: <relaxes> thanks. Actually….most of my good moves I got from my father. he was the most impressive military mind the alliance ever saw. <pauses> that’s why he’s dead. That’s why I’m careful.

Heero: I guess we’ve come to the right place

Chelle: I think that you have

Heero: do you have a plan that involves the Gundams

Chelle: you bet I do . I’m just waiting for the right time……all of the troops are readying…..the Trez faction and oz are about to go head to head……….oh yes. I have a plan. It’s just going to take a little more time.<she sits back down at the computer and puts her gun in her desk. Turns chair to face them.>

Heero: how do you relay all of this information?<he sits on the edge of the bed, Duo leans against the tall dresser>

Chelle: I have spies everywhere. Inside the Romefeller foundation, the Trez faction…and I have a great deal of control when it comes to the rebel army’s here and in space. I have established a secure link to my computer, everything is in code. I meet with my contacts often….nobody knows what I’m up to. The world sees me as the fem. fatal romance novelist. It gets me where I need to be so I can’t complain

Heero: it’s a good cover. I wouldn’t suspect you.

Chelle: the novels are actually my mothers. She had at least twenty of the things laying around here when she died. None of them were published so I took them on as my own.

Duo<nodds approval> sounds like a pretty convenient set up. You play the lady in distress and get all the information you need.

Chelle: something like that

Heero: are you still drawing up the tactical plans for the rebels in their battles against Oz?

Chelle<nods>here and in outer space……unfortunately were outnumbered and outgunned… at least we were until now

Heero: so you can use the Gundam to win battles against oz?

Chelle : I can use the Gundam to destroy oz…like I said it’s only a matter of time.

anchorman: the Romefeller foundation announced this morning that they have taken custody of one of the rouge Gundam pilots. Execution will be broadcast live today at noon.........

chelle: What? Oh shit!

Heero: they've got Quatre

Chelle: damnit!...not for long they don't.

Duo:<half asleep> hey, what's going on?

Heero: Romefellers got Quatre

Duo:<sits up> huh?

Chelle: give me 5 minutes and ill find out where he is.....hey, one of you guys make some coffee. I think faster on a caffeine buzz<she turns and runs back up the stairs>

Heero: she better figure out where he is quick<looks at watch> they're going to execute him in 5 hours. Duo, make the coffee. I'm going to see if she can get the information we need<he goes up behind her>

Duo: great. What a way to start the morning.

chelle: it should only take a few minutes....

Heero: do you have a plan?

Chelle: yeah, we go in and get him.

Heero: with the Gundams?

Chelle: no, I don't want them to be seen anywhere near here. I have a few Aries laying around. Well use them to infiltrate the compound and create a diversion...then well slip out the back door.

Duo:<coming in to join them> sounds good. That way we don't show our hand just yet

Chelle: that way they wont see it as a Gundam pilot rescue, they'll think it was the rebels.<sighs> of course I will have to get some back up.....I think people are going to die today

Heero: yeah, but were going to take as many oz troops out with us as we can.

Duo: what backup?

Chelle: there are some rebel forces in the woods nearby, maybe 15 Aries at most and some ground troops, they'll have to go in with us.

Heero: and you can coordinate this?

Chelle: if they have Quatre where I think they do<something on screen> yep thought so. Beta base three. 20 miles from here.<shes on the keyboard again> its not usually too heavily guarded, but with them having a Gundam pilot there you can be sure they are at least double their usual forces.<she types more>

Heero: they probably expect a rescue attempt then

Chelle: they only know of 2 Gundams here on earth...they might be expecting zero one

Heero: if its zero one they want, its zero one they'll get

Chelle: and just how do you plan to hide zero after the fight? They'll try to track you

Heero: you leave that to me. You guys take the Aries and go with the rebel forces

Chelle<cuts him off> well attack from behind right after your initial assault.<man appears on screen>

Man: general zol here. Cs? Is that you?

Chelle: situation critical. We are attacking beta base 3 at 11 hundred hours from the south. Can you have troops in position ?

Man: can do Cs. Will you be doing any fighting today

Chelle: sure thing Zol, just let me have my coffee. Meet you at the rendezvous point alpha three niner in two hours. Cs off<she terminates communication>

Duo: its gonna be one of those days...

Chelle<turns and smiles at him> naw, it will be a piece of cake. Consider it your morning exercise.

Relina: <thinking> with Treize no longer the leader of the Oz organization, Romefeller is even more out of control. I know that they want to invade the Sanq kingdom. I am a threat to their means of war. Other countries are trying to be more like us. <closes eyes> Relina....stay strong. <opens eyes> Heero...

We see Quatre being held in a cell. He's sitting on the bunk eyes closed.

Quatre<thinking to himself> at least they wont be able to find the others. I destroyed the data pad.....they plan to kill me at noon. I wonder if Heero and Duo will get me out of this one..............

----------------------------------------

Zol: saved a couple of Aries for ya. How many? just the two of ya?

Chelle<theyre all running to their suits> yeah.

Zol<points> take those two

Chelle: OK, everyone get ready to follow me.

Zol: what's the mission objective?

Chelle<over her shoulder as she goes to her suit> we have to save the Gundam pilot from execution. He's on our team now.....

The Battle......... Heero in zero one has begun his attack. Dolls are out in force to stop him. suddenly the fleet of Aries suits arrives.

Various shot of our pilots fighting and kicking ass. Duos Aries is hit bad by a doll, chelle turns around and blows it up before it can hit him again.

Chelle: Duo! Get out of that suite and get in there and get Quatre. The ground troops are moving in . I'll cover you.

Duo: right...just one thing<he arms the self detonate> get clear!

I'm gonna take the roof off of this place. <he gets out and runs/his Aries explodes as he's running into the base a doll targets him. chelle blows it away before it can fire.

The battle is in full boogie. Duo enters the compound. after some sneaking around he finds 4 guards trying to lead Quatre to a shuttle. Duo opens fire and kills them all, but not before taking a grazing of a bullet on his left arm

Quatre: Duo!

Duo: come on Quatre, let's get out of here! <they run through the place, it's crumbling down around their ears. Finally they make it outside. A doll aims at them, zero one comes up behind it and cuts it down before it can do any firing. The two run for the rebels. Duo finds a motorcycle and him and Quatre hop on and start to flee. Heero continues to wipe out the dolls and the rebels begin their retreat.

Chelle: fall back everyone, the dolls are defeated and the troops cant follow . Heero, come on lets go! Hit and run baby! Just how I like it!

Heero: don't worry about me. I'll cover your retreat. <to himself> I will make short work out of what's left of this base.

The Aries take off, chelle sees Duo and Quatre

Chelle: Duo, get back to the jeep ASAP. We have to get outta here before this place is crawling with oz soldiers!

Duo: I'm on it!

Quatre: what about Heero?

Chelle: he's got it under control. He'll meet us back at base.

We see chelle get out of her Aries and run for the jeep. In a few minutes Duo and Quatre appear. They ditch the bike and get in.

Duo:<hops in shotgun seat> nice bit of fighting there lady. You saved my ass.

Chelle<flooring it> yeah, well you can thank me later<she looks over at him and sees blood> Duo! youre bleeding...

Duo: just a flesh wound.

Chelle: take the wheel <Duo takes the wheel for a minute. She strips off her shirt, muscle shirt beneath. Hands Duo her kacki shirt> wrap it up and try not to get blood all over the seat. I'd have a bitch of a time explaining that one.

Duo: <wrapping his arm> gee, thanks for your concern

Chelle: Quatre, you all right?

Quatre: yes...and thank you for coming after me.

Chelle: hey, you Gundam pilots are my guys now.

later we see Quatre, Duo and chelle sitting in the living room having coffee.

Chelle: I'm sure Heero is ok. He had to hide the Gundam after the battle. He'll be along any time now

Quatre: thank you both for rescuing me. Oz is serious about executing us Gundam pilots.

Chelle: not on my watch

Duo: you pilot that Aries pretty good. I have to say I was impressed with how quick you got the battle together.

Chelle: I have my sources. Like I said, I'm just waiting for the right time to hit oz. They'll be running in circles for days trying to sort out the mess we made of the base. Nice job blowing half the place there Duo. You took out almost half their ground troops

Quatre: its a shame so many lives had to be lost...all for me

Chelle: all for peace, Quatre. You shouldn't let it bother you. They were going to kill you. The Gundams are oz's biggest threat. They will stop at nothing to wipe you guys out. In order to bring peace to this planet and the colonies, oz has to be destroyed. I need you all and your Gundams to do that.

Quatre<nods> I suppose that you're right.

Chelle<looks at him> hey, I have the guest rooms made up. You look pretty beat. Maybe you should go lay down for a while

Quatre: I didn't sleep last night. I am pretty tired.

Chelle<gestures> first door on the right

Quatre<sets mug down, stands> ok, but will you wake me when Heero gets back?

Duo: sure thing

Quatre<nods> thanks <he exits>

Chelle<looks over at Duo> why don't you let me have a look at that arm.

Duo: its ok. Quatre cleaned and bandaged it pretty good

Chelle<brow raised> hope so.

Duo<stares at her> so, what do you do all day around here anyway? When you're not plotting against oz I mean.

Chelle<smiles> not much. Staying in touch with my connections and planning our strategies is pretty time consuming. Of course I have to do the expected celebrity crap a few days a week. Hob nobbing and feeding the public my poor little me image..... I would much rather be in battle then at most of the social functions I get stuck attending. I have to keep up appearances though. I see a few contacts that way too. You'd be surprised what you can get away with at a book signing.

Duo<chuckels> versatile. I like it.

Chelle<smiles back at him> well, its a dirty job but somebody's got to do it. What about you, Duo Maxwell? What do you do when you're not flying Deathsythe into battle?

Duo: I work with this little salvage operation....Deathsythe does keep me pretty busy. Actually I just came back from outer space. The shit is really hitting the fan out there too. The colonies are suffering. Oz could care less if the colonies get hit during a battle. It really pisses me off. There are a lot of innocent people out there who just want to live their lives in peace. I don't get why the earth just didn't leave the colonies alone.

Chelle: that's the alliance for ya. Oz just takes it even further. Romefeller won't be happy, no, they won't stop until they control all people and all things. That's why they must be stopped. We have to destroy them.

Duo: fine by me<leans back, arms behind his head> just tell me when and where. The god of death will be ready.

Chelle<staring at him> we all will be ready. I have a few technical people working on a side project for me. A mobile suit, something fast and deadly. I just hope its ready in time. They're modeling it after the wing zero....

Duo: wing zero is nothing but trouble. There's a problem with its operating system....

Chelle: I know. I have been on counteractive drugs to prevent the hallucinations. The zero system won't be a problem for me

Duo<looks at her> a Gundam?

Chelle: no, no gundanium available. It's being adapted for outer space as well. It will be superior to the dolls, but not quite as indestructible as a Gundam. I guess I'll just have to be careful, huh?

Quatre: Trowa. Wufei...they knew if things got to be like this they were to find Miss Noin in the Sanq Kingdom.

Duo: like what? Disastrous? I wouldn't be surprised if Wufei was still fighting with Sally Poe

Chelle: Sally is a good woman. She knows her shit. If Wufei is with her I can find out. She and I stay in touch.

Heero: I see everyone made it out alive<grins>

Duo: yeah, well you wernt the one who got shot.

Chelle: aww poor baby. I thought you said it was just a flesh wound

Chelle<pours a glass of lemonade and hands it to Heero> Any problems getting out of there?

Heero: no. the place was in total chaos. They had no real way to pursue.<drinks> any word on the others yet?

Chelle: I was just about to check on that.<takes towel from Quatre and dries her hands.> I'll put in a message to Sally Poe to see if she knows the whereabouts of Wufei. Any ideas on how to find Trowa Barton?

Quatre: maybe he hasn't returned from outer space yet

Duo: I'd give him a few days. Sooner or later he'll end up in the Sanq Kingdom. They'll send him on over.

Heero: umm hmm. Trowa will turn up.

Chelle<walking out> I'll go send that message.<Duo watches her go, Heero raises a brow>

Quatre: I'm glad you're safe Heero. Listen guys, I just wanna thank you for coming after me. This isn't the first time that you've helped me out.

Duo: hey, us Gundam pilots gotta stick together right.

Quatre<sighs> they've been broadcasting the attack on the base all day. There was a great loss of life. Our pictures are on the news...

Heero: <concerned> they didn't see chelle lee did they?

Quatre: no

Duo:<smiles> I gotta hand it to her. She's slippery. You know, she told me she's got someone building her a mobile suite modeled after the Wing Zero

Quatre: A Gundam?

Duo: no, didn't have any gundanium.

Heero: hmmm. Probably something like the Tallgeese.

Duo: yeah, I think so.

Quatre: what's the operating system like? Not like Zero's I hope.

Duo:<sits up straight> yeah, a zero system.

Heero: a zero system is not good for the pilot...

Duo: she says she's been taking drugs that counter the zero's side effects.

Heero: anti psychotics to prevent the hallucinations...pretty smart. Now there's a girl that does all her homework. judging from the way she piloted that Aries today, she must know what she's doing.

Duo: I would hope so, if we are following her.

Heero: well, I think after today we can follow her. I've never seen an attack come off so well with such little planning.

Dou: I heard c.s. was capable of such feats, but to see it in action...impressive.

Heero: yes...very impressive.

Quatre: I would like to know more about her. I know she isn't much older than we are, but she fights like a true veteran.

Heero: she was raised by an assassins. First her step father, a brilliant tactician for the alliance. After the death of her parents she had a governor. My guess is that he was an assassin.

Duo<whistles> man, I'd bet she'd win a butt kicking contest.

Heero<loose grin> I'm sure she would

Duo:<cheerily> well, remind me not to piss her off!

Quatre<after a moment> Heero, you must be starving. We saved you a plate. I can warm it up for you.

Heero: anything good?

Duo:<to Heero> don't you know it. The girl can cook too<winks>

Heero: well, I guess I am hungry. Three hour hike will do it.

Duo: <stands> I think I'll go see if she got a link to Sally.<walks out>

Quatre: <takes plate from fridge to microwave> I do hope we can find the others soon. I hope Trowa's back from outer space

Duo goes upstairs. The computer is running something on the screen in binary code. Chelle is sitting on the floor Indian style.

Duo: < looks from computer to her> hey

Chelle: I'm sending the message to Sally now.

Duo: <looks at computer> binary?

Chelle: something like it. Actually it's an obsolete alliance code I toyed with a bit. I took the basic binary function and use it to spell out words in an ancient tongue. Only those I transmit to and maybe a handful of archeologists would be able to decipher it

Dou: <impressed> ahh, so that's how you do it. How did you learn ancient languages?

Chelle: my governor was a history buff.

Duo: who was your governor?

Chelle:<looks at duo> I just called him sir.

Duo:<nodds silent for a moment> he was an assassin right?

Chelle: a ninja. A friend of my fathers. He came to take on the responsibilities for me after my mother died.

Duo: <brows up> I thought the ninja were a legend.

Chelle: <sighs> that's what they want you to think. There are so very few left. They stay in hiding. The alliance would have hunted them to extinction.

Duo: <plops down on the floor beside her> how old were you when you started all of this training?

Chelle: I traveled with my parents from birth. I was about seven when my father was murdered. A little over a year later my mother was in an accident and she died too. By the time I was twelve, I was well on my way to becoming what I am now.

Duo: how did you meet Relina?

Chelle: she was Dorlin's daughter. Our families moved in the same circles. Two years ago, I was in combat with a rebel squadron going up against the alliance. I was fifteen. My Leo was hit pretty bad and I had to self detonate. I didn't clear the blast site in time and did some damage to my right knee. My governor sent me to Relina's school to recuperate from what he played out to be a car accident. That's when we really got to be friends. It was a pretty convenient set up really. A lot of alliance officials, a lot of information for the taking, if you knew how to take

Duo: I suppose you knew just what you were doing.

Chelle:<nods> umm hmm. After four months I left the school with a list of confidential acess codes as long as my arm.<twits, cracks back it pops> oz uses different codes, but they're pretty easy to crack.

Duo: yeah, well oz aint all that creative now are they.

Chelle: I doubt they think they have to be. they took care of the alliance in one big swoop. You should know, you were there. Heero destroyed all of the alliance pacifists in one shot.

Duo: we were tricked by oz.

Chelle. Yes, I know. Mr. Treiz Kushranada is a brilliant man. A dangerous man. I am hoping oz and the Treiz faction will cancel each other out

Duo: then we can go in and take out whoevers left over.

Chelle: that's the plan. when the Treiz faction makes their move I have no doubt the majority of their forces will be in outer space. We will need the Gundams up there to finish off whoevers left in outer space while the guerrilla armies take care of things here on earth. if Treiz takes outer space...the colonies will be in deep shit. Even more so then with oz in control out there.

Duo: then you think Treiz is insane?

Chelle: no, he is a soldier. What good is a soldier without a war? He is just trying to perpetuate things so he doesn't outlive his usefulness. I don't know...he's a tough character to figure out. It's something that I would like to talk over with Wufei. I met him once. The guy looked right through me. Told me it was a good thing that my parents had a protégée. Thing is, I don't think he meant my mother.

<computer ends sequence. Transmission complete blinks on the screen. She gets up and types on it. New screen appears, data being sent.> I think they got the message. Looks like someone is trying to respond.

Duo: Sally Poe?

Chelle: hope so. <types a command> this will take a few minutes. It has to come over the secure channel then my computer will automatically run the decode program. of course only I know where it will end up in the computer

Duo: you don't take many chances, do you.

Chelle: I can't afford to.

Duo:<lowers head> I know how that is.

Chelle: <looks at duo a minute> I've heard that oz is developing biological warfare. Some sort of super virus.

Duo: <looks at her>What?! Are you serious?

Chelle: when it's ready they intend to use it to keep the colonies in line

Duo:<shakeing his head/angry> I've seen what a runaway virus can do to a colony. Belive me, it aint pretty.

Chelle: oz hasn't used it yet because they're still working out their antidote. They will inoculate all oz personal against the virus <looks back at the computer> it will be follow oz or die. The future doesn't look bright if oz is in control.

Duo: <slams fist on floor> we gotta stop em

Chelle:<looks back at Duo> I know where they're working on the virus. I think we should go knock the place out. I don't want oz to have that virus before the Treize faction can make their move.

Duo: where's the base

Chelle: outer space...

chelle: Lieutenant Sally and Wufei are out on a mission. They should be back by tomorrow. I left word for her to get into contact with me.

Heero: tell us about this virus that oz is working on. how did you find out about it?

Chelle: I intercepted a transmission coming from space. Apparently oz has seized control of one of the resource satellites near the L4 colony. At first I was monitoring them to see if they were developing new mobile suits up there, but its worse then that. Shortly after Treize left oz a new player appeared. He goes by the name of Christof. He was earth's leading bioengineer a few years ago before he was recruited by oz and disappeared. In the transmissions I have decoded I found out that he's taken a flue like virus and given it a new life. The bastard has tested it on animals...and prisoners of war. The tests showed that by exposing just one soldier to the disease, the rest in his cell block also came down with the symptoms.

Heero: is it an airborne virus?

Chelle: it doesn't look that way. Body fluids, saliva. A bite, a sneeze in someone's face...even tears...

Quatre: that's awful!

Chelle: yeah, well it doesn't just make your body sick. It effects the mind as well. It was like the test soldier went rabid. he infected his comrades with a bite.

Duo: damn that's fucked up.

Chelle: oz is finishing the work on the anti toxin. They should be ready with it in a few days...then they plan to try a controlled test on the people of the colonies

Quatre: what? How can they get away with such a thing?

Chelle: in the first stage it looks like the ordinary flue. They'll test it out for a few days and then line up the colonists for what they'll think is a flue shot.

Quatre: we can't let them do this. We have to stop them

Heero: <leans toward her> do you have a plan?

Chelle: I do.

Heero: lets here it

Chelle: all right, there's only one command center here on earth that has any information about this virus. Oz is keeping it as secretive as possible. Problem is it's the desert base, and its well guarded. Whatever else we may need to do to that base, its entire computer network needs to be destroyed.

Heero: that should be easy enough. I can take it out with the zero one.

Quatre: I'm going with you. Between the Zero and Sandrock we can destroy the entire base.

Chelle: Quatre, can you get the Maganac's to cover you guys? Lieutenant Sally's troops are too far away.

Quatre: I'm sure of it.

Chelle: good. I'm sure as soon as the attack begins, they'll send out the SOS. That base is important to oz. They'll have reinforcements there as quick as possible. We need to knock out their satellite from space, preferably before the battle so they cant call out for help. I need someone to hit the transistors on the ground here too. Wufei can handle that. They'll be guarded, but it won't be anything his Gundam can't handle.

Duo:<wicked look> and I'll head up to the satellite base and destroy it.

Chelle: yeah, well, you aren't going alone. I'm going with you.

Duo: but it will be dangerous

Chelle: no kidding. We are going to have to Shanghai a shuttle. I'll swipe it while you cover me in Deathsythe. You'll have to hop on quick before we leave the atmosphere.

Heero: sounds good. Where are you planning to steal the shuttle from?

Chelle: they're rebuilding the Victoria base. They'll have one there.

Heero: we don't have much time

Chelle: one other thing. The physician that has been working with me, I gave him the information on the virus. He has developed a weak vaccine. It will keep the virus from killing you, but you'll probably end up with pneumonia. I want each of us to be inoculated with it <looks at Duo> especially us. Just in case ya know

Quatre: are there civilians at these bases.

Chelle: not that I've heard. Top secret military personal only.

Quatre: <sighs> good. We don't want innocent people getting hurt.

Chelle: if we can find Trowa in time I want him up there with us. Heavyarms will come in handy when we go to blow the satellite base.

Heero: why don't you get me a secure channel to the Sanq kingdom. I can see if Noin has any news.

Chelle: all right.<looking at Heero> I'm going to show you how to work my computer, Heero. If something happens to me up there, you'll need everything I have on it.

Heero:<nods> lets do this then <stands>

chelle: <sighs/standing> lets do it

Heero is sitting at her computer, chelle is standing behind him. They have been going over the codes and crap. Duo and Quatre are down watching the news. Quatre is falling asleep on the couch. Duo looks over and sees Quatre asleep so he goes upstairs. He sits on her bed behind them>

Duo :<sitting> how's it going?

Heero: well, it's a lot to remember, but I think I've got it

Chelle: I hope so, no cheat sheets allowed. I will give you a disk with some other stuff on it in case you get stuck, but if anything happens...

Heero: don't worry, I'll destroy it

Duo:<yawns lays beak on bed.> What's the word from Noin?

Heero: still no contact from Trowa. He must still be in outer space.

Duo: I'll just have to contact him when we get up there then

Heero: ummhmm

Chelle: <rubs eyes then moves away from computer> there's just one more thing I need to show you Heero.<she walks over to her dresser and slides it away from the wall. Heero joins her. There is a timer behind it>

Heero: <brows up> is that a self detonation switch?

Chelle: yes. Once set you have 10 minutes to get clear of the house. It will take out everything within a quarter mile

Duo:<looks over> your house has a kill switch?

Chelle: there are explosives built right into the walls. It has to be this way

Heero: I understand

Chelle: if oz traces you back here...

Heero: they wont. But if they do I'll destroy the place

Duo: how ya gonna explain that one chelle?

Chelle: hostage killed in the blast. Blah blah blah. Bad Gundam pilots.

Heero: it was a good idea. There's just too much information here for oz to get their hands on this place.

Duo: so, when do we head for space

Chelle: tomorrow . I will have had the chance to talk to Sally by then. Wufei will know his mission and we will be on our way.

Heero: and the anti toxin?

Chelle: I'll go get it in the morning.

Heero:<stretches> in that case, I'm off to bed. See you in the morning.<he leaves>

Duo:<sits up> I suppose you're ready for bed too.

Chelle:<slides dresser back into place> I'm gonna pack our bag first.

Duo: this aint exactly a vacation...

Chelle: three sets of clothes for each of us. An oz uniform, an alliance uniform and civilian clothes. We might not be able to come straight back to earth after we hit and run. We'll need to blend in wherever we happen to land, if we have to lie low.

Dou:<nodds> you really do have it all figured out don't ya?

Chelle:<opening closet> I try. <searches through removes 4 black dry cleaning bags. Throws them on the bed> there's the uniforms...<rummages through her dresser. tosses a pair of jeans, a muscle shirt and a button down shirt on the bed> civilian stuff.

Duo: I don't think I got any civilian stuff.

Chelle: there's a closet full of guys clothes downstairs. My governor took nothing when he left and he didn't come back. The clothes should fit you.

Duo: you mean you never heard from him again?

Chelle: <pushes her bangs back> no. I'm sure he's dead.

Duo: sorry to hear that. Looks like he trained you well

Chelle:<smiles tiredly at Duo> he did.

Duo: can I ask ya something?

Chelle: sure.

Duo: you agreed pretty quick to me and Deathsythe going to the satellite to attack. Why me? Why not Heero and Zero one?

Chelle: because those bastards wont even see Deathsythe until it's already too late. Deathsythe is the perfect Mobile suit for a sneak attack in space.

Duo: you're right about that.

Chelle: I'm going with you for a number of reasons. Mostly I feel it's pretty pointless to sit here on my ass giving the orders but not put myself into the battle. You'll need a shuttle to get out of and back into the atmosphere. Maybe we'll get real lucky and get our hands on a mobile dolls carrier. Those things are easy enough to reprogram. Wouldn't hurt to have the extra fire power, but we'll take what we can get. Just do me a favor Duo.

Duo: sure, if I can

Chelle: don't die on this mission

Duo: hey, I wont if you wont

Chelle:<smiles at him> deal

Duo: <stands and heads for the door> well, I'll let you get some sleep.

chelle: night Duo.

Duo: <looks at her> g'night chelle.

officer: Lieutenant Sally? We have a message for you in the communications center. I belive it's from the operative c.s.

Sally: c.s? Already?

Wufei: who's c.s.

Sally: the colony sympathizer. There must be a battle forming

Wufei: Nataku and I are ready

Sally: <looks sideways at Wufei hands on hips> good you better be. This operative doesn't play around. <she turns and Wufei follows her to the communication center>

morning at chelle's. She's sleeping. Heero heard the computer beep a few times so he goes to answer it. A voice comes over it. Its sally>

sally: Lieutenant Sally Poe here

Heero: Sally, its Heero Yuy. I need to speak with Wufei.

Sally: Heero? What are you doing there? Never mind. I shoulda known shed get her hands on you guys sooner or later. I take it you have a mission for us.

Heero: for Wufei

Wufei:<switches places with Sally> Heero, you have a mission for me?

Heero: yes, and its a situation critical. I'm going to transmit the information and your orders.

Wufei: situation critical huh? Well, you can count on me. I'm ready to fight.

Heero: I was counting on it. Stand by <Heero types up some stuff and the binary runs over the screen>

Chelle:<grogily> Heero? that you?

Heero : I'm transmitting the information to Wufei now.

Chelle:<sits up> Huh? Wufei?

Heero: they just made contact. I heard the call coming in so I took it. I figured only your contacts would use this secure channel .

Chelle: <yawns> yeah, just don't answer the one downstairs.<pause> what time is it?

Heero: 7:15

Chelle:<grumbles> Christ, does everyone get up at the crack of dawn or what?

Heero: there is work to be done today. When are you leaving for Victoria base?

Chelle: its gonna have to be soon. It's quite a drive away. I gotta stop and see the doc first though this morning. Guess I'd better get moving

Heero: <half smile eyes her out of corner of his eye> coffee is ready.

Chelle:<looks at him surprised for a moment then smiles> good. Everyone else up?

Heero: Quatre's awake. You'll have to wake Duo. I'm warning you, it aint easy.

Chelle:<crawls out of bed, shorts/T-shirt> that's what cold water is for.<staggers to door> you need me for anything?

Heero: no, I think I've got it. I'll yell if I do.

Chelle: OK<goes out>

Wufei: what? Are you kidding me? Those bastards! <sally is reading over his shoulder>

Heero: you can be ready?

Heero: the stations will be guarded

Wufei: I can handle it...actually I think I'll enjoy this assignment. who drew up the plans?

Heero:<leans back in chair sighs closes his eyes> it's a good plan. We can make this work. Oz must be stopped. We can't allow them to infect the people of the colonies....I gotta hand it to the girl. She must have had some intense training. she really knows what she's doing.

Quatre:<smiles and stifles a laugh> why don't you do it. He's kind of a grump in the morning, so be nice.

Chelle: be nice? I haven't even finished my first cup of coffee.

Quatre : I'm sorry.

Chelle: its OK. I have to head over to doc's this morning and stop back here to deliver you guys some antidote.<pauses> unless I can get him to make a house call, in which case I can grab the antitoxin and go

Quatre: would that be better?

Chelle: yeah. Actually, when Heero's done I want you to contact your army over the secure channel. I want to be sure that you guys got your back up. Heero's on the line with Wufei right now.

Quatre : Wufei will be up to the challenge. He fights s well alone. The stations guards will be no match for him.

Chelle: good. I want all of you Gundam pilots to stay alive

Quatre:<a little sadder> because of your final battle plan...

Chelle: <senses his mood swing. Puts a hand over his> that, but also because I care. I don't like the loss of life anymore than you do Quatre. I know how deeply that troubles you.

Quatre:<sad smile> it does. Thank you for caring.

Chelle: well you guys might be a little psycho or maybe you just know you're doing the right thing, but I like ya anyway.

Quatre: <humble> I thank you. Its a very few that understand what we Gundam pilots are doing here on earth.

Chelle:<sips coffee> you were all kind enough people to disobey your original orders. You didn't destroy the earth. You kept the civilians out of your fight.

Quatre:<eyes wide> how did you know?

Chelle: I see it as my job to know everything. I dug up all of the information I could find about you Gundam pilots, the scientists that could have built the Gundams, Operation Meteor...everything I could Quatre. If I had to ask you to follow me in an all out war, it was only right that I knew who I was asking to do the fighting.

Quatre:<touched> so...do you know about all of us? About where we came from? Our backgrounds?

Chelle: I know as much as I could find. Is there something you want to tell me Quatre?

Quatre: oh, no. it just sort of surprised me that you tried to find out who we were.

Chelle: <looks at Quatre sadly> you miss your father don't you.

Quatre:<looks down into his coffee> you know about that huh? Well then I guess you know I destroyed a colony.

Chelle: it wasn't you, it was the zero.

Quatre: that's very kind of you to say.

Chelle: Quatre, you are a kind person. You're an inspiration to a lot of people. If more people thought the way you do there would be no more war.

Quatre: I fight to protect the ones I love. I fight so the people of outer space don't have to. my father didn't want me to fight.

Chelle:<sympathetic> its all right Quatre.

Quatre:<sighs> it will be when oz has finally been destroyed. I cant belive that they would do this to the colonies. A runaway virus could infect an entire colony in weeks. Many lives could be lost

Chelle: keep that in mind when you and Heero go to destroy that base.

Quatre: now I see why Treize left oz. oz becomes more evil with each passing day.

Chelle:<they sip coffee. quiet a minute> I suppose I should wake duo. I'm going to call the doc first. See if he'll bring some antitoxin over. Save me a trip.<she stands to go to phone, stops and puts a hand on his shoulder> you are doing the right thing Quatre. However you may feel about it, remember it is the right thing.<she goes>

Quatre: yeah, it's the right thing to do

Duo: <lets go of her>woops! Sorry bout that . thought you were someone that needed killin'.

Chelle: <sits up straight> I guess you are a grump in the morning.

Duo:<sits up/ yawns. Covers fall to his waist no shirt on> yeah, well if you think I'm bad you should try waking Heero up sometime.<turns and looks right at her. Almost nose to nose again.> so we got a busy day ahead?

Chelle:<half smile> feel like blowin' shit up?

Duo: I always feel like blowin' shit up.

Chelle: good, cause that's what we gotta do. I got a case of antitoxin waitin for me at the docs. I have to go get it.

Duo: oh yeah, which direction you going? I really don't feel like walkin' all the way to Deathsythe.

Chelle: east. About 16 miles.

Duo: will this guy flip out if I go with ya?

Chelle: I doubt it. He's not like that. Actually, I wanted you to put the vaccine in Deathsythe. Got a storage compartment or something?

Duo: sure. Makes sense, just in case we lose the shuttle.

Chelle: yeah, well, I'm gonna try real hard not to lose the shuttle. It's our ticket off and on the planet.

Duo: yeah well we could always steal another one in space if we have to.

Chelle: I'm gonna be in the shuttle when we attack the satellite.

Duo: if you get into trouble I'll be there to bail ya out. There's room for two in Deathsythe if need be.<they kinda look at each other funny>

chelle: <stands up a little embarrassed> I'm gonna have another cup of coffee and get changed. Why don't you get ready.

Duo: <cocky> I'm always ready

Chelle: <smart> oh yeah, you run around naked a lot?

Duo: <brows up> huh? I aint naked. Wanna see?

Chelle: <backpedals to the door> no! I mean...just get dressed. <she goes out>

Duo: <laughs> good thing she didn't call my bluff...I am naked.

Rasid: understood Master Quatre. The Maganac Corps are ready to fight with you at any time.

Quatre: its just so horrible that oz could even think of doing something like this to the colonies. we can't let them do this.

Rasid: don't worry master Quatre. We will be there to cover your escape.

Quatre: thank you Rasid. Be well and say hello to everyone for me.

Rasid: certainly Master Quatre. <his screen goes dark>

Quatre: <bows his head and sighs> I hate putting them all at risk for me, but we must destroy the base and be able to get the Gundams safely out of there. I hope there won't be many casualties.

Heero: <appears in doorway> Quatre

Quatre: yes, I spoke to Rasid. They'll be there to back us up and help us make our escape. <lowers his eyes>

Quatre: <faces Heero> no. we are doing the right thing. For the colonies, for earth...for all people everywhere.

Heero: ummhmm.

Quatre: why are you escorting me back to the Sanq kingdom Heero. Is it because I was captured? It is isn't it.

Heero: I want to make sure you get there, Quatre. There is an old dirt bike in the garage. Chelle lee told me to take it. I also want to talk with Miss Noin again.

Quatre: and see Relina? You didn't see her when you went after zero one did you?

Heero: there was no time for that.<he turns away Quatre is smiling behind him. Heero thinks to himself> Relina...

Wufei: tell me what you know about this woman. Have you ever fought with her before?

Sally: we've been in a few battles together. She's young, a year or two older then you are, but is very experienced. Chelle Lee was raised by an assassin, a ninja I think.

Wufei:<looks up at sally's image> what? A ninja? How can that be?

Sally: some friend of her fathers.

Wufei: hmmm. We'll have to spar sometime. I'd like to see what kind of moves she's got. What else can you tell me?

Sally: her father was a strategist for the alliance. That's how she learned to draw up battle plans, and she's good at it. She's worked with some of the best.

Wufei: then why doesn't she lead her own army?

Sally: she's more of an undercover operative. she poses as a writer. She's able to mingle with a lot of Romefeller members that way.

Wufei: does she battle herself?

Sally: yes. She's a pretty good mobile suite pilot. She can fly or drive just about anything.

Wufei: but she's still a woman. Women are too weak to be fighting.

Sally: that's why we need people like you, Wufei. To be our strength. We may be weak, but we do fight, we do it so that innocent civilians don't have to get hurt.

Wufei:<grumbles to himself> foolish women. They want to fight, but they know they're weak. Then its guys like us Gundam pilots that end up having to save them.

Sally: Wufei?

chelle: <to Heero> the keys for the bike are in the ignition. It's got the big knobby tires on it so the forest should be no problem. It will move at a pretty good clip too.

Heero: good. I want to deliver Quatre through the back door. I should make it to Zero one just in time.

Duo: I don't think any of us go anywhere without a gun anymore.

Quatre: what are we supposed to do with Romefeller hunting us down like this?

Chelle:<moving to drivers side door of jeep> the doc will be by soon with the antitoxin. He won't come in, he's just going to leave it in a package in front of the dojo. Stay out of sight. I left a message on my answering machine that says I've gone to Brussels to care for a sick friend. If anything goes wrong...

Heero: I'll take care of it. good luck you guys.

Quatre : be careful.

Duo: no need to worry about me. The god of death can handle it.<chelle gets in and starts up the jeep>

chelle: the doc will go deliver the rest of the antitoxin to Heero and Quatre. They'll have it by nightfall. Then they can move out.

Duo: <eyes the briefcase> how do we administer the antitoxin?

Duo: <frown> no I aint afraid of needles, I'm just not real fond of being stabbed.

Chelle: well, it sure beats the hell out of dropping dead if we get exposed to this virus.....I just hope we make it in time.

Heero: yes, the antitoxin. Chelle has some saringes in the emergency medical kit in the bathroom. I guess we had better dose up.

Quatre: you don't think that they've brought the virus to earth do you?

Heero: no, but we're going to be inoculated anyway. We can't afford to go getting ourselves killed at this stage of the game. For now we're just going to have to trust chelle Lee and follow her orders. It looks like she knows what she's doing.

Quatre: yeah, I guess so.

Heero: lets do this then. Are you ready to move out? We need to get you to Sandrock.

Quatre: I'm ready.<turns away from Heero> I'm coming my dear Sandrock....

Noin: there's no doubt about it. Romefeller is moving the troops this way. They plan to invade us.<sighs> damn it Zechs where are you. Your country needs their king. Miss Relina will never allow us to fight to save the sank kingdom. She is too committed to total pacifism. I just hope she understands how grave the situation really is....

Relina: <stops and faces Dorothy> Huh? What are you talking about, Dorothy?

Dorothy: it's just as I would have guessed, Miss Relina. Troops and mobile suits are surrounding the Sanq kingdom. Everyone is talking about it. the students are really becoming frightened. Do you suppose the Sanq kingdom will be invaded? What do you plan to do Miss Relina?

Relina: <aggravated> I don't intend to do anything. You say the students are alarmed by this? Then I must call an assembly to address this issue.

Dorothy: Miss Relina, it looks as though your kingdom is about to be invaded. Are you going to just sit back and do nothing to defend yourself?

Relina: and just what is it you want me to do Dorothy? I will not promote any type of violence at all. I don't belive fighting will solve anything. I will contact the Romefeller Foundation and open up a dialogue with them about this issue...after I have confirmation of these reports. I certainly will not go around making wild accusation.

Dorothy: but of course not Miss Relina. It never ceases to amaze me how you keep such a level head in these trying times.

Relina: <annoyed> I don't have time for your flattery right now Dorothy. I must find Miss Noin.

Dorothy: of course Miss Relina. And what about Heero and Quatre? I haven't seen them in a few days. Have they gone off somewhere Miss Relina. How sad for them to leave you in your time of need.

Dorothy: like Quatre being captured and then rescued!<excited> it was just splendid how the guerrillas and Zero one came to his rescue!

Relina:<composes herself> I just don't agree with you Dorothy. I see nothing good come from such battles. Fighting will not help achieve true peace. Now if you'll excuse me I must find Noin.

Dorothy:<all smiles she got to Relina> why certainly Miss Relina. You do have a kingdom to run. <Relina stomps out of the office in search of Noin. Dorothy turns and looks out the window> so...Miss Relina...will your brave knights come to your rescue when your kingdom is invaded....or have they left you to your own demise. I'm sure that Quatre Winner will protect you. He's too kind not to. And what about Heero Yuy? Will he rush to your side as well? Hmmm. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

chelle: <sees Deathsythe up close for the first time. Stops and stares in awe> this is it...this is the Gundam Deathsythe....

Duo: yep, sure is.

Chelle: it's so...big. this is one hell of an impressive machine.

Duo: <turns around and looks at her.> well, its not like you've never seen a Gundam before. You fought alongside zero one

Chelle: yeah, but I was in a mobile suite. I've never seen a Gundam up close before...

Duo: <senses that she's intimidated. Wants to make her a little more comfortable > wanna see it? take a peek inside? I'm sure Deathsythe won't mind.

Chelle:<looks at Duo, hesitates a moment> well...okay.

Duo: come on. we can put that case away.<starts walking toward Deathsythe>

Chelle: hang on. <sets case on ground, opens it. takes out a vial of antitoxin and two packaged needles> lets take care of this first.

Duo:<grimace> uh...OK....

Duo: <looking at it> ahh....ummmm

Chelle: don't you know how to shoot up?

Duo: <testy> no, I never did those drugs

Chelle:<annoyed> neither did i. Its basic first aid. <she stares at him he stares at the needle> do you want me to do it?

Duo: can you be careful?

Chelle: <grins> no I thought I'd jam it in your ass. Of course I can be careful.

Duo: <gives her that 'shit on me' look> smart ass. Just do it.

Chelle: <goes over to him> roll up your sleeve a little.

Chelle:<sighs. Goes over to case grabs 2 cotton balls. Puts one over her needle mark and bends her arm to hold it in place does the same for duo> just give it a minute. Imagine that, a Gundam pilot that doesn't like the sight of blood.

Duo: it's not the blood that bothers me. I'm just not real fond of having holes put in me.

chelle: so, you gonna show me this cockpit or what?

Duo: <cocky> I guess so.<pulls out a remote and presses some buttons. The hatch opens and the cable thingy comes down. he walks over to it and puts a foot on the foot hold thingy> all aboard the Deathsythe express.

Chelle: it will take us both up at once?

Duo: sure. We're just gonna have to get close.

Chelle: <raises a suspicious eyebrow, but puts a foot next to his and grabs the cable just below his hand. They're smushed together. She mumbles> the things I do for knowledge...<sighs>

Duo: <laughs> aww come on now good lookin. It aint that bad being this close. It aint like I smell or something! <laughs again and pushes the button to go up. They jerk up, chelle instinctively wraps an arm around his waist to hold on. he is all smiles> see, just cant resist me can ya!

Chelle: <gives him the death glare> don't flatter yourself Mr. Maxwell. I just don't want to fall.

Duo: <cant stop teasing> well hell, I thought we was just startin to make nice.

chelle: the cockpit?

Duo;<all smug he got her going> right this way..<he disappears into the Gundam>

Chelle:<straightens/composes herself> hm.

Noin: as you can see Miss Relina, Romefeller has stationed troops all around the borders of the Sanq kingdom.

Relina: <sighs> so its true then. You think they plan to invade?

Noin: yes. It's just a question of when.

Relina: <thinks for a moment.> very well then. I must contact Duke Dermail and ask him about this.

Noin: you don't really expect to get a straight answer from him do you?

Relina: huh?

Noin: <turns toward Relina leans against console>look, Miss Relina, if Romefeller is going to invade us I don't think that they're going to announce it first. Their objective will be to destroy as much as possible and to cause a high number of casualties. It's the best way to make an example out of us. It will send a clear message to the rest of the world as to what happens if you oppose the Romefeller foundation.

Relina:<quiet a moment> I see. Then I suppose that I had better start evacuating the students here. I'm sure that Romefeller will target me and that makes this place dangerous to our students.

Noin: I don't know if that's what you should do but if you must then you need to do it in a way that won't attract Romefellers attention. It won't be easy to do with Dorothy Catalonia around.

Relina: miss Noin, you must remember that Dorothy is a student here as well. I am responsible for her safety also.

Noin: <reluctant>yes miss Relina. But if you evacuate now Romefeller may see it as an opportunity to attack while your distracted.

Relina: I'm afraid that you're right. Miss Noin, I want you to keep me posted about what these troops are doing. At the first sign of an attack we must evacuate the school. I will call an assembly to calm the students and explain an evacuation plan to them. It's all that we can do for now.

Noin: I know that you don't agree with fighting Relina, but if we are invaded there are some of us that will fight. We belive in the world of total pacifism that you are trying to create. We will defend you and the Sanq kingdom.

Relina: I know that Noin. I just don't want to discuss it. I cannot involve myself in such matters.

Relina: <stares at her a minute> I must go prepare an evacuation plan. Will you meet me in my office before the assembly. I will call it for after dinner.

Heero: it shouldn't take us long to reach the Sanq kingdom. We can leave the bike near the border and go in on foot. It will give us the opportunity to see for ourselves the forces that Romefeller is lining up at the border.

Quatre: Romefeller will invade the Sanq kingdom, wont they Heero?

Heero: any time now. They just can't afford to leave the Sanq kingdom alone. Their policies are having an influence with the other nations of earth.

Quatre: <more seriously> well, I'm prepared to defend the Sanq kingdom. <pauses>

You will fight to protect the Sank kingdom wont you Heero? Surely you understand just how important Relina Peacecraft is to the peace process.

Heero: yes, I know. <thinks a minute> its our duty to protect her...even if she doesn't want us to. She will be a driving force in uniting the earth against the Romefeller foundation. I must talk with Miss Noin about what's going on.

Quatre: Romefeller will target Relina. They will try to destroy the kingdom and her along with it.

Heero : yes...I know. <thinks> hmmmm. <to himself> Relina....<aloud> are you ready?

Quatre:<hands Heero his helmet and they both put them on> yeah, lets go.

Noin: <flicking on screen to show them the map she showed Relina> yes I know. It's only a matter of time before we're invaded.

Quatre: does Relina know?

Noin: I have made her aware of the situation. <sighs> I have also told her that we are prepared to do what we can to defend the Sank kingdom.

Quatre: Relina must be protected, Miss Noin.

Noin: yes, Quatre, I know.

Heero: where is Relina?

Noin: she has called an assembly to calm the students. I think Dorothy is responsible for the panic.

Heero: doesn't surprise me. She just can't wait for the battle to break out.

Quatre: has Relina tried to talk to Romefeller about this?

Noin: Duke Dermail is not taking any of her calls.

Heero: then they plan to invade soon.

Noin: I was hoping that you guys would stick around. We're going to need all the help we can get when the battle starts.

Heero: we have something to take care of first.

Quatre: you have my word, Miss Noin, if the sank kingdom falls under attack, I will be here to fight with you.

Noin: thank you Quatre. I knew I could count on you. <they look at Heero>

Quatre: well, Heero?

Heero :no need to thank me. I'm just doing the right thing. I'll fight Romefeller any chance I can get. Attacking a pacifist nation is dirty... just what I would expect from them.

Noin: umm hmm.

Heero: what's the word on Treize?

Noin: he is still being confined by Romefeller. We have taken in a number of the Treize faction soldiers, but unfortunately they had to disregard their weapons before Relina took them in as refugees. They'll fight under my command though.

Heero: well, it's not much of an army, but all you need to do is hold them off until the Gundams can get here.

Quatre: Miss Noin? Any word on Trowa yet?

Noin:<sighs> I'm afraid not yet, Quatre. I wonder...maybe he doesn't want to be found. <pause> hey, where's the other pilot? Duo Maxwell, right?

Heero: he's off on a mission. Don't worry, he should be back before there is any problems here.

Quatre: I sure hope so.<pauses, looks at Heero> will you stay a little longer Heero?

Noin: yes, Heero. Miss Relina would like to talk to you.

Heero: I'll stick around for a little while, but I don't have time to wait around for her. <turns to the door> why don't we check over your Gundam Quatre.

Quatre: right. <Heero walks out Quatre looks at Noin> you should go get Relina to come down here as soon as the assembly is over. I don't know how long Heero will stay.

Noin: all right. I'll see if it's over yet now then.

Dorothy: miss Relina, I must complement the way you are handling this situation.

Relina: what situation Dorothy?

Dorothy: well, you must know that you can be invaded any moment now....but yet you calm you students.

Relina: Dorothy please, not right now. We can have a discussion about this later. I am sure that you are aware that Duke Dermail is not receiving any of my calls...

Dorothy: really? Well you must understand how busy he is trying to run the Romefeller foundation...

Relina: yes, Dorothy I know. I just thought that perhaps he would like the chance to explain these hostile actions against the Sanq kingdom.

Dorothy: but what's to explain Miss Relina? We live in hostile times, times of war. Things have been most unusual since the confinement of Mr. Treize.

Relina: <sighs> yes, I'm sure. Dorothy, perhaps you should go pack your overnight bag as I have suggested to the other students, just in case we need to evacuate the school.

Dorothy: oh but Miss Relina, I wouldn't dream of leaving your side if a battle is to start up here. It's my duty as a representative of the Romefeller foundation to assure your safety.

Relina: and it's my duty to protect the lives of my students here. Please Dorothy, just do this for me. Now if you'll excuse me, I must talk with Miss Noin.

Dorothy: certainly Miss Relina...

Duo: the god of death is back from hell!

oz soldier: hey you there! Stop or I'll shoot! <she runs for it and they open fire. Dodging bullets she is firing back with a machine gun she took from one of the soldiers she knocked out. They position themselves by the shuttle set to explode. She gets to the hatch of the shuttle and gets aboard still firing. Now they're shooting at the shuttle itself>

chelle: <gets in pilots chair starts shuttle up. Turned on communications radio> outta the way! <the shuttle rolls out of the hangar a few seconds later the other shuttle explodes killing the 2 that were firing at her. >

Duo: <sees shuttle heading for the runway> go! Get out of here. I'll catch up.

<he continues to destroy the mobile suits in his way. Fires at the control tower and it explode. The shuttle heads for the launch. Deathsythe takes off to meet up with the shuttle. The base is half demolished and in total confusion. The shuttle launches/Deathsythe catches up to it.

chelle: <hits a button to open cargo hold. Shuttle is shaking> hurry up Duo!

Duo: I'm on it! <Deathsythe enters the cargo hold> clear. Shut the hatch.

<the hatch seals and the shuttle heads out of the atmosphere. Duo comes running into the cockpit.> are we being followed?

Chelle: no. I don't think they had the chance to alert anybody to intercept the shuttle either.

Duo: <sitting in co pilots seat> All right! We did it!

Chelle: almost there. If we can get out of the atmosphere we should be in the clear.

Duo: I'll monitor all oz frequencies.

chelle: <sigh of relief> I don't think we were followed or reported<pushes keys on control panel> setting coordinates for M2-4 resource satellite.

Duo: <relaxing> how long before we get there?

Chelle: it will be a while. <stands> anything good in the cargo hold?

Duo: naw. Just Deathsythe. What's the firepower on this thing?

Chelle: <looks over control panel> just the basics...but I guess it will have to do. Any damage to the Gundam?

Duo: <smug> of course not. They didn't get the chance.

Chelle: good. I'm going to check this beast over. Make sure there's no damage. See if there's any decent weapons on board. I set the auto pilot.

Duo: <stands> you want a hand?

Chelle: sure.

Duo: I'm going to open the channel we Gundam pilots use on Deathsythe. I'll see if I can contact Trowa.

Chelle :good idea. We can really use Heavyarms when we attack that satellite. With no beam cannon it is going to be a bitch to blow.

Duo: the base?

Chelle:<psycho Heero look> no... I intend to eliminate the entire satellite. We're going to blow those mother fuckers right out of space.

Duo: <brows up> isn't that a bit severe?

Chelle: I'm not leaving that satellite there for Romefeller to use for more of their bullshit. The satellite has been stripped of all its resources. Its space garbage.

Duo: <hesitant> OK, if you say so.

Chelle: I'll be back <leaves>

Duo: man, I hope I don't piss her off too much....jeez. wiping out the whole satellite. Now there's a challenge. <he turns and walks out>

Heero: defense is needed now so that there can be discussions for peace later.

Trowa: i got it <he fires at ms and it blows/ turns and resumes attack on base.>

Chelle: you were right Duo, the shuttles a goner. I'm backin up and bailing out.

<she pulls on her flight suite and taps a few keys on the control panel.> auto destruct set. Set course to collide with M2-4 <grabs helmet and runs out of the cockpit>

Trowa: just a little more....

Duo: their defense is almost wasted. Time to hit the base. <he sees the shuttle approaching along side of him.> what? What the hell is she doing? Chelle!!!!

chelle: just a little longer.....

Duo: <watching the shuttle> oh shit........hold on chelle! Wait till the door is all the way open before you let go!

Chelle: no duh! I'm not in the mood to be splattered! Finish your mission. Stay clear of the shuttle its gonna blow!

chelle: shit. Here i go.........<she lets go and is sucked out into space. The shuttle heads for M2-4. She is backflipping through space out of control.>

Duo: yep, now its time to make our getaway.....

Duo: <laughs lightly> dunno. Why ? you got any ideas?

Trowa: it will be too obvious for you to follow me now, but meet me at the L2 colony in a few days. You know how to find me.

Duo: right. <looks back at chelle> now lets get outta here before Oz sends someone to investigate.

<Howard enters Zechs office. >Zechs is at his desk>

Howard: you called for me Zechs? What's up?

Zechs: i have received reports that the M2-4 Oz satellite has been destroyed.

Howard: M2-4 destroyed, huh?

Zechs: it appears that it was Gundam 02 and 03. You're friends with the pilot of 02. I was hoping that you might have an idea as how to contact him here in outer space.

Howard :<thinks a minute> hmmm. M2-4..... i might know how to reach him. why? What's going on?

Zechs: i was hoping to speak with him.

Howard: you aren't going to get him aboard Peacemillion that easy. Not with the white fang in control here.

Zechs: perhaps you could take a shuttle and head to where you might think he will be. I would like to see if the Gundam pilots are interested in joining me in my fight against Oz, here in space and on the earth. If we can get organized we could easily wipe Oz out. they are in disorder without Treize. It would be a good time to start battles.

Howard: i dunno Zechs. The Gundam pilots have no loyalty to anyone but the colonies. They may not be interested in joining any organization.

Zechs: but white fang is trying to liberate the colonies, same as the Gundams are.

Howard: well.... maybe. <pauses to think> considering where M2-4 is i might know how to find Duo. I can try, but i won't make you any promises.

Zechs :that's good enough Howard. Thank you. Can you leave immediately?

Howard: i suppose so. Let me get some things in order and I'll head out.

Zechs: you have my gratitude.

Howard: <turning to go> don't worry about it. <he exits>

Zechs: <thinking> I'll take all the allies i can get. Good luck Howard.

Heero: mission complete. The base is destroyed.

Rasid: master Quatre, you must make your getaway now.

Quatre: right. Are you ready to go Heero?

Heero: I'm all set. Listen, Quatre, you follow the Maganac's out of here. Get a transport for Sandrock and meet me back at chelle lee's.

Quatre: good idea. We don't want to be seen going to the same place.

Heero: we are expecting Wufei. We should be receiving confirmation that Duo and chelle have completed their mission.

Quatre: i hope everything went all right.

Heero :depends on how well guarded M2-4 is. We still don't know if they found Trowa yet either. I'm heading back to base now. I'll see you there.

Quatre: roger that Heero. <01 takes off, turns into plane and flies away>

Rasid: are you ready to go now master Quatre?

Quatre: all set Rasid. Good work you guys. <sighs thinks> such a waste of life...but at least this is better then letting Oz release a plague on the colonies....

Dermail: good to see you Miss Peacecraft. Do you know why we have summoned you to conference today?

Relina: <she is firm and composed> i was hoping that you would explain to me why all of the force is surrounding the Sanq kingdom.

Dermail: of course you are. We mean to protect the Sanq kingdom.

Relina: protect it from whom. The only threat i see to the Sanq kingdom is you people.

Dermail: <pushes a button on the remote he's holding. A screen comes on behind her it shows Zechs, Tallgeese fighting, and him as Millardo Peacecraft with lady Une> you see, recently Zechs marquise has turned up in outer space claiming to be Millardo Peacecraft, an ambassador from the Sanq kingdom. He has engaged in battles and has caused some damage to our Oz military forces.

Relina: what's that got to do with me?

Dermail: well, is he or is he not the ambassador of the Sanq kingdom? You promote total pacifism yet you send a soldier to attack oz in space?

Relina: absolutely not. This man, Zechs marquise, there is no way that he could be my brother, Millardo Peacecraft. The Peacecraft family is all pacifists therefore it is impossible for any member of my family to fight. He is no ambassador of the Sanq kingdom.

Dermail: <frowns/dissatisfied> i see. Very well then miss Peacecraft.

Relina: i hope that this means that you will be withdrawing your troops around the country's borders.

Dermail :on the contrary, miss Peacecraft. If this man is not from the Sanq kingdom then we must view him as a threat to your country. Zechs marquise was an admirable soldier and had many followers while a part of Oz. Who knows what he could be planning for you.

Relina: i must disagree. He is in outer space. How does he pose a threat to the Sanq kingdom?

Dermail : you just let us worry about that. We are here to protect your country's sovereignty. Thank you for coming Miss Peacecraft.

Relina;<annoyed> certainly.<stands> you will excuse me then.

Dermail: of course. <Relina goes out. Dermail is not happy> Relina Peacecraft....now that girl is a problem.........

Howard: the sweeper group Duo was working with is near that sector. I'll head there and try to contact him from their ship......i don't think he's going to want anything to do with Zechs or the white fang, but it will be nice to see the kid again. Lets hope he's out there...........

Trowa: <looks at Heavyarms> hmmm. <turns away> i better find Cathy and the others. The manager gets more impatient and suspicious each time i leave......... maybe Duo and that girl will show up. Hmmm we'll see. <he walks away>

Duo: looks like Deathsythe came out okay. A little worse for the ware but....

Chelle: so where are we going?

Duo: <nervous laugh> i guess we're going to have to drift for a while. Not much fuel left.

Chelle: <a bit alarmed> huh? <sits up and peeks over his shoulder> where are we?

Duo: don't worry. There's a colony not too far away.

Chelle :yeah but will they be looking for us there?

Duo: <sighs> oh probably.

Chelle: oh that's just fucking great. Marvelous.<sighs> how long until we reach the colony?

Duo: <makes a face like he don't want to tell her> uhhhhh, drifting? A day or so.

Chelle; <her jaw drops> a day or so? What's the life support system like in this thing? This stupid suit didn't have that much o2 in it.

Duo: we'll be fine, don't panic.

Chelle: whose panicking? I'm not panicking?

Duo: <smiles at her> you haven't spent much time in space have you?

Chelle: <annoyed> so? What's your point?

Duo: <smug> well, you're on my turf now. Don't worry sweetie, I'll take care of you.

Chelle: <growls> I'm not your sweetie. I'm not annoyances sweetie. And while I'm thinking of it, don't you ever call me toots again. Got it?

Duo: <chuckles satisfied he got to her> sure thing. Don't take my head off now.

Chelle: <annoyed grunt> one would think that you would have a little more tact when dealing with your commanding officer.

Duo: <brows go up> commanding officer, huh? Lemme guess, you're large and in charge right?

Chelle: that's right. I planned this mission. I knew what to expect......mostly.

Duo: sure ya did. Well, we can argue about it some other time. Let's just worry about gettin somewhere for now.

Chelle: <reluctantly drops attitude> fine.

Duo: i could probably give us a little boost....I just don't want to use what fuel we got left. I got us this far, we should come across civilization sooner or later.

Chelle: better sooner then later Duo. It's cramped back here.

Duo: well ya fit don't ya?

Chelle: <eyes him for a minute> hey, thanks for saving my ass back there. I gotta say, being sucked out into space was a whole new experience for me

Duo: <all smiles> no problemo. <pushes a few keys on the console> nothing left to now but sit back and enjoy the ride.

Chelle: can you give me a view of what's outside?

Duo: sure. <hits a key and space surrounds them on the view screens>

Chelle; <taken aback> wow.....there's nothing out here but the stars.....

Duo: yeah....it's kinda pretty aint it.

Chelle: <leans over further and checks it out> i...I've never seen anything like it...

Duo: <sits quiet for a minute> you wanna see how this thing works?

Chelle: huh? You mean Deathsythe?

Duo: sure, it aint like i aint got the time to show ya. It's a little different than your average mobile suit. I guess it wouldn't hurt for my commanding officer to know how to fly a Gundam.

Chelle: <looks down at him> really?

Duo: yep. <moves hand under seat> watch yourself <she squeezes alongside the chair and he moves it all the way back.> come here.

Chelle: on your lap?

Duo: aint that how your daddy taught you to drive a car?

Chelle: <a bit embarrassed> well..... I .....

Duo: <undoes the seat belt and moves it out of his way> look, there aint a wealth of room in here and if I'm going to show you how it works i need to be right here.<grabs her and plops her down on his lap> don't worry, i aint going to get smart.

Chelle: <sarcastic>hmm. The thought never crossed my mind.

Duo: <wants to say something smart real bad...but lets it go> allrighty then, lets get started. you oughta feel pretty special. And just cause I'm showing ya this, that don't mean your takin my buddy into battle. <a bit more serious> you wouldn't be able to handle it. I'm not sayin that to be an asshole, but Gundams are pretty tough on their pilots. You really got to train on one of these and they're not suited for women....but, just in case....and besides, maybe if you understand the Gundams a little better it will give you the upper hand planning battles.

Chelle: <looking over the control panel> sounds good.

Duo: <reaches forward> ok, here's all your monitoring systems. This tells you when something's approaching...over here is the cloaking device. See? It's on....

Chelle: ummhmm.

Duo: most of your motion controls are all right here<puts her hand on hand controls, puts his over hers> this is how you control main weapon.<he moves her hands with his> chelle: <looks back at him> hey Duo....

Duo: yeah?

Chelle:<half smile> thanks for being cool with me. I take it that sometimes i can be a little difficult, huh?

Duo: <snickers> a little? <sighs> don't sweat it. i know i can be pretty aggravating myself at times. It's just in my nature to tease.

Chelle: so I've noticed....<they smile at each other>

Duo: okay okay.....back to business. Here is where the firepower is......

Relina: i didn't really expect it to. Romefeller has no intention of moving their troops at our borders. <sighs> they're using Zechs marquise against us.

Pagan: Zechs? What's he got to do with this?

Relina: Romefeller is trying to make Zechs out to be the villain. They say they're protecting our borders from him. can you imagine that?

Pagan: sounds just like the type of nonsense Romefeller would make up.

Relina: yeah, i guess....

Pagan: Quatre left with his Gundam Miss Relina. He told Miss Noin that he would be in contact soon.

Relina: that's fine. <thinks> Heero...and Quatre....what are you up to? What has chell lee got you into now?

Quatre: yes, I'm fine. Thanks Rasid.

Rasid: no problem. Will you be wanting an escort out of here?

Quatre: no. I'll wait for dark then I'll move out.

Rasid: where are you going to take your Gundam?

Quatre: back to the Sanq kingdom, i guess. Its close enough to chell lee's that i can get to it. i promised Miss Noin I'd come back.

Rasid: the Sanq kingdom appears to be in trouble.

Quatre: yes, i know. Romefeller has lined up troops all around the borders. Miss Relina was going to a conference with the Romefeller officials today about it. i hope she's all right. I worry for her and the Sanq kingdom.

Rasid: more countries are striving to be like the Sanq kingdom. Their pacifist policies are putting a lot of pressure on Romefeller. Who knows how long it will be before the country is invaded. I don't think that Romefeller will let them alone much longer.

Quatre: right. But for now the Sanq kingdom isn't giving Romefeller a reason to invade.

Rasid: i heard they took in some Treize faction soldiers.

Quatre: yes, but as refugees. Miss Relina made them leave all of their weapons behind.

Rasid: hmmm. Does the Sanq kingdom have any sort of defense system?

Quatre: no, not really. A few Taurus suits is all. That's why we Gundam pilots must protect the Sanq kingdom. the Sanq kingdom is trying to lead the world to peace.

Rasid: i agree. I wish that we were closer so that we could help. I could move us out...

Quatre: no. that would draw too much attention from Romefeller. Besides, Miss Relina wouldn't allow it. there's no way she would allow such force into the country. It's against her principles of total pacifism.

Rasid:<nods slowly> i understand. <they regard each other> perhaps you will come and dine with us before you have to go.

Quatre: <smiles> sure, Rasid. Sounds good.

Rasid: good then. I will tell them to expect you at the banquet.

Quatre: thanks. <Rasid turns and walks away. Quatre turns and looks at Sandrock. Thinking> Sandrock...we have to protect the Sanq kingdom......for the peace of the earth....

Duo: <kind of drowsy> enough.........just rest now........our work is done.....

Chelle: <yawns, lack of o2 making her tired> we're in gods hands now...........<passes out>

Duo: <looks serious> yeah......ha... god..... no we're in your hands now Deathsythe old buddy. You gotta get us somewhere. I know this thing aint built for two.... but i can't let her die. Heero would kill me. <weak laugh> besides, she's kinda......fun....like pickin on .....her <he's ready to pass out> kinda.....cute....too..............
