Im opening Advertisement spaces anywhere on the right menu bar, top of the page, or bottom of the page. On the rightmenu bar, your add can be displayed near the top, or at the bottom. Size does not matter as long as its 88[width] X [less than 640].
I will only accept standard 468X60 banner ads near the bottom of the page. Here's a sample of impressions during the last few days.
